Shipping

We deliver throughout Italy, except for a few smaller islands—feel free to contact us to confirm coverage. Shipping is free on orders over 80€; for smaller orders, the fee is 5€. We process orders within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually arrives in 5–10 business days. During sales or promotional periods, timelines may be a little longer.

Order Updates

After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. If any item is unavailable, we’ll get in touch so you can choose a similar replacement, a refund for the missing item(s), or a full refund if you prefer to cancel. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you the courier tracking number. 

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s). Please make sure items are unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. To exercise the right of return, the customer must send an email to info@lifestylesrl.com with the order number and the product codes of the items you’re returning . After receiving the email ,the customer will receive the instructions for returning the product(s).The returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not in parts or components thereof, even in the case of kits; – the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; – the returned Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging; For the return, the Customer must use exclusively the courier indicated by the Seller in the return instructions– the returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products from the same Order returned and shipped at different times; – the returned Products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products; Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the product is defective or there is a error of product(s) sent. If customer receive a defective item, we will cover the return and offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll issue a refund by bank transfer. Please note that cash-on-delivery returns aren’t accepted.
