General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the website https://lifestylesrl.com.

Introduction

Placing an order online implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and constitutes a contract between the Buyer and LI.FE STYLE By LI.FE STYLE Srl for the purchase of products listed in the online catalog. Purchases on lifestylesrl.com are also governed, where not otherwise specified, by EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights for online purchases.

Customer Data and Website Use

By placing an order through lifestylesrl.com, the customer agrees to use the site only to make valid purchases, and not to place false or fraudulent orders. Any such orders will be cancelled and may be reported to the competent authorities. 

The customer must provide accurate and truthful contact details (email, shipping address, billing information). Missing or incorrect data may result in the cancellation of the order. By placing an order, the customer confirms to be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of the order with complete and accurate data. LI.FE STYLE reserves the right not to issue invoices if irregularities are detected.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, the customer authorizes such processing and guarantees that the data provided is correct and accurate.

Contract Formation

The information on this site does not represent a public offer but an invitation to contract. A purchase contract is considered valid only when the order is explicitly accepted by LI.FE STYLE Srl. If an order is not accepted but payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.
To place an order, the customer must complete the online purchase process and authorize payment. The customer will then receive an Order Confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but acknowledgment that it has been received.
Acceptance occurs only when the customer receives a Shipping Confirmation email. At that point, the contract is finalized, and only the products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be covered by the contract.
Shipping is free for orders of €110 or more. For orders below this threshold, a fee of €5 applies (unless otherwise stated).

Product Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. In case of supply issues or out-of-stock items, LI.FE STYLE may suggest substitute products of equal or greater value. The customer may accept or decline. If declined, a full refund will be issued. 

Product Removal

LI.FE STYLE reserves the right to remove products or modify website content at any time. In exceptional circumstances, even after sending an Order Confirmation, orders may be refused. LI.FE STYLE will not be liable for such removals, changes, or cancellations.

Risk and Ownership 

The risk of product loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment, including shipping, has been received.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, content, design) on the website are owned by LI.FE STYLE or its licensors. Use of such materials is permitted only with explicit authorization. Customers may, however, use the site to copy order details or contact information.

Viruses and Cybersecurity

Misuse of the site, including the introduction of viruses, malware, or denial-of-service attacks, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to servers or databases linked to the site is forbidden. Breaches may be reported to authorities, and authorization to use the site will be immediately withdrawn. LI.FE STYLE is not liable for damages caused by viruses, cyberattacks, or harmful software affecting customers’ devices or data.

Communications

By using the site, the customer agrees to receive communications primarily in electronic form (email or website notices). These will be considered legally valid as written communication.

Notifications

Notifications are deemed received:
• upon posting on the website,
• 24 hours after sending an email,
• 3 days after postal delivery.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

The contract is binding on both parties, their successors, and assigns. The customer may not transfer rights or obligations without written consent. LI.FE STYLE may transfer or subcontract rights and obligations freely, without affecting consumer rights. Force Majeure LI.FE STYLE is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, government restrictions, or transport/communication failures. In such cases, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

Waiver

Failure by LI.FE STYLE to enforce contractual rights does not constitute a waiver. Waivers must always be confirmed in writing. 

Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with documents referenced herein, represent the full agreement between the customer and LI.FE STYLE and replace any prior agreements. 

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be bound by the version in force at the time of their order, unless changes are required by law or governmental authority.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Prato, Italy.
